ProPower Exterior Cleaning Services

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by ProPower Exterior Cleaning Services. By scheduling, booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ProPower Exterior Cleaning Services provides professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:

  • Roof Washing

  • Window Cleaning

  • House Washing

  • Concrete Cleaning

  • Deck & Fence Cleaning

All services are performed using professional equipment and cleaning solutions selected based on the surface being cleaned to deliver safe and effective results.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require appointments to be rescheduled for the safety of our team and your property.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Service estimates are provided before work begins.

  • Any additional work requested after the original estimate may result in additional charges.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit and debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to:

  • Provide clear and safe access to all work areas.

  • Remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and other obstacles when requested.

  • Secure pets during the service appointment.

  • Inform us in advance of any fragile materials, existing damage, or areas requiring special attention.

  • Ensure a responsible adult is available if access to the property is required.

5. Liability

While ProPower Exterior Cleaning Services takes every reasonable precaution to protect your property:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, oxidation, faded surfaces, failed window seals, loose siding, cracked concrete, damaged roofing materials, or worn paint that becomes visible during or after cleaning.

  • We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions, improper installations, hidden defects, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of any known issues before service begins.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will inspect the concern and make reasonable efforts to correct any issues related to the services performed at no additional charge.

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Working conditions are unsafe.

  • Access to the property is restricted.

  • Aggressive animals are present.

  • Hazardous conditions exist.

  • A customer behaves in a threatening, abusive, or inappropriate manner.

Any work completed prior to termination remains payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
